Let´s get to know a little bit about Africa
I´ve chosen this song to introduce a topic I´d like to share with you. I´ll ask a good friend of mine who´s lived there to tell you somethings about that amazing and unknown continent, which is part of our world and whose people are always suffering a lot. You know Bono, he always does stuff to help people in need, there are lots of songs he shares with other stars, he takes part in every live aid, I really like him.

Homer: Are you saying you're never going to eat any animal again? What about bacon?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Ham?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Pork chops?
Lisa: Dad, those all come from the same animal.
Homer: Heh heh heh. Ooh, yeah, right, Lisa. A wonderful, magical animal.

Homer: What's a wedding? Webster's dictionary describes it as the act of removing weeds from

Lisa: Dad, don't you think you're overreacting?
Homer: Don't you think you're *under*reacting?
Lisa: This conversation is over.
Homer: This conversation is *under*.
Lisa: Goodbye. Homer: *bad*bye
Homer: [Looking at a globe map...country being Uruguay] Hee hee! Look at this country! 'You are gay.'

Song
O000000000ps, I forgot to include the lyrics. I´m getting better everyday, jajaja
"How To Save A Life"
Step one you say we need to talk
He walks you say sit down it's just a talk
He smiles politely back at you
You stare politely right on through
Some sort of window to your right
As he goes left and you stay right
Between the lines of fear and blame
And you begin to wonder why you came
Where did I go wrong, I lost a friend
Somewhere along in the bitterness
And would I have stayed up with you all night
Had I known how to save a life
Let him know that you know best
Cause after all you do know best
Try to slip past his defense
Without granting innocence
Lay down a list of what is wrong
The things you've told him all along
And I pray to God he hears you
And I pray to God he hears you
Where did I go wrong, I lost a friend
Somewhere along in the bitterness
And would I have stayed up with you all night
Had I known how to save a life
As he begins to raise his voice
You lower yours and grant him one last choice
Drive until you lose the road
Or break with the ones you've followed
He will do one of two things
You will admit to everything
Or he'll say he's just not the same
And you'll begin to wonder why you came
Where did I go wrong, I lost a friend
Somewhere along in the bitterness
And would I have stayed up with you all night
Had I known how to save a life
How to save a life
How to save a life

Life is more than a song, it is a concert!

Hey guys!!! Welcome to my blog, well I don`t really know what it is yet but I felt I had to do it for two reasons: I need to keep up with technology on the one hand and I wanted to find a way to share with you lots of things that I find in Internet and I`d like you to see, read or listen on the other hand. I might also include some exercises, web-sites for you to practise different topics and grammar items. Wish me good luck because this will be difficult at the beginning, how on earth will I be able to download videos from you tube???? I have no idea, I hope I can learn. See you my dear students!!! And don´t forget that we can make the world a better place!!!
